Essay

We have developed o logical statements and proposed network models for calculalating the total energy output of oil refining production with the substantiation of distribution of the common energy consumption to a series of oil products that are manufactured simultaneously. We have improved for the evalution of power efficiency parameters according to the proposed method of distribution. Methodological statements for the evalution of theoretical and technically available energy saving potentials in oil refining with the use of energetic parameters of power efficiency have developed first. The factors affecting its value have been singled out. We have developed methodological statements for forecasting energy consumption in oil refining with regard for the influence of factors increasing and lowering energy output. Based on these statements, we have predicted energy consumption for processes of oil refining with regard for the calculalated energy saving potential. This forecast have been calculalated as applied to two scenarios: 1) covering of the requirement of Ukraine in oil products; 2) rational loading of productive of capacities for obtaining the greatest possible economy of power resources with the introduction of energy saving measures and modernization of production.
