The object is economic process of operation of the joint-stock form of a commercial pro-duction. The purpose is substantiation of the methodical bases of series differentiation formal and substantial action and development integration of model of the economic mechanism substantial action in an industry. The methods is conceptual differentiation of the right and economic con-tents of the property; the systems analysis; the theory of costs; the concept of asymmetry of the information; the methodology of a technological determinism. The novelty is for the first time of developed the methodology of series differentiation of concept formal and substantial action of the industrial enterprises. The outcome is developed integration model of the organize economic mechanism of internal holding. Is introduced in practical operation of a Main finance administra-tion of the Odessa regional state administration, enterprises AS «Micron», in educational process of the Odessa state economic university and Odessa national polytechnic university.
