Essay

Thesis deals with questions of designing and studying the methods and means to build a digital circuits which have enhanced parameters of testability with orientation on organization of diagnostic procedures using pseudorandom test sequences and implementing a structural means of signature analysis.A hardware methods to design a testable digital circuits based on using of functional elements with changing logic functions in both system and test operative mode were proposed.An algorithms of synthesis of testable combinational circuits defined by different description forms where designed. The general approach to design testable circuits is applied to a number of typical combinational units of special purpose. Some features of applying of testable circuits synthesis method to sequential digital units are studied. An analysis of influence of testable digital units' facilities on both structure of specialized diagnostic means and characteristics and assortment of service program complex was carried out
