The localization of caries in premolars is investigated, depending on Odontoglifica of figure of the crown. Is established, that at plus - figure meets mainly fissure-pit view of caries, and at Y - figure - a combination of caries of the approximal localization of fissure-pit view of caries. Study of structural organization of premolars enamel and it biomineralisations testify that at initial caries in a dark stage of a caries stain the primary infringement of protein-mineral complexes of interprisms substance is observed. While, at initial caries in a white stage of a caries stain the enamel prisms collapse and directly change a crystal lattice hydroxyapatite. The original way of colouring of the crowns of teeth for macro of research and diagnostics of fissure caries is developed.
