Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the gas-pumping aggregates vibrational state control (GPA). The influence of vibration on the GPA defects development is analyzed, the possibilities of the one's using for the GPA vibrational state control taking to account the pipeline manifold are estimated. The mathematical model of the pipeline's deformation process is created, taking to consideration the curvilinear axes and the variable transversal cuts. Using this model the receiving of the quantitative estimation of the stress-strained state of the pipeline manifold of GPA is possible taking to consideration the results of one's vibrational state control. The method of construction of correlation matrix is improved, on the basis of which the method of optimum location of the vibrosensors on the GPA surface with the pipeline manifold is designed. The method of the diagnostical information treatment is improved based on the wave-let transformation. The one's approbation on the noisy reference signal confirmedits efficiency. The stationary microprocessor checking system and for the GPA and pipeline manifold vibrational state control is designed both with the its software. The method of the GPA rotors balancing is improved, the original software to realize this method is made, the using of such method allows to decrease the quantity of aggregate's starting and the labour intensiveness of the balancing process.
