Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation boundary value problems for quasidifferential and differential equations with generalized derivatives of functions of the boundary variation (measures) in the coefficients. The asymptotic behaviour of eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of boundary value problems is investigated. The adjoint boundary conditions and the Green function are defined and the conditions of the development of functions to the series by eigenfunctions of boundary value problems are found.
