Dissertation is dedicated to production costs accounting and analysis as important tool of enterprise product range policy optimization. The influence of the organizational and technological peculiarities at the dairy enterprises on the managerial accounting development was determined. The matrix model of working milk process and methods of joint and by-product manufacturing costs distribution were improved. The estimation method of production's competitive ability and the method of products range optimization at the dairy enterprises were designed.
