Essay

The thesis is devoted to creation the fundamentals of designing, manufacturing and usage of initial cable thermoelectric transducers (TT) with improved characteristics. Expediency of energy model application to solve the problem of improving stability of their calibration curve is revealed in this work. The basic roads of stabilization TT calibration curve are determined and developed. Special features of TT metrological parameters control by regulation of energy, dispersed and absorbed by thermoelectric materials of TT, are studied. Indissolubity of designer's, technological and usage approach to solve the problem of improving the reliability of serial cable TT is substantiated. Application limiting conditions of cable TT are determined. The totality of methods of stabilization cable TT calibration curve by production and technological measures is offered. Mathematical dependence for determination the optimum meanings geometrical and metrological cable TT parameters, heat treatment and usage regimes,limits of basic error and technological parameters of manufacturing also, were obtained.The results, obtained in this work, were used on designing new type of cable TT with improved metrological and operating characteristics.
