Essay

The dissertation contains results of research regarding creating of a measuring auto generator for semiconductor resonance sensors, that (auto generator) remains stable to effects of destabilizing factors, being defended. Given are the grounds for a choice of optimal dimensions of semiconductor string resonator, which is a basic element for semiconductor resonance sensors. With this dimensions it is the less sensitive to the effects of destabilizing factors. Mathematical models of effects of destabilizing factors on resonance frequency of a resonator are created by factor experiment method. Mathematical model of auto generator with semiconductor resonance sensor is created and with the help of which electrical circuit providing its best operation in the wide frequencies range is developed. With the assistance of the mathematical models of the effects destabilizing factors on resonance frequency, the errors of auto generator have been analyzed. For reducing the effects of destabilizing factors there hasbeen offered a way of stabilizing the frequency by current of crystal and an optical electronic method of reading resonator's frequency. Proposed is thermo electrical transducer based on semiconductor string resonator for measuring effective value of current and voltage.
