Essay

The work is devoted to development of the technology of flame-spraying applied on materials with low heat conductivity on the examples of glass-enamels and compositions on their basis. In the work there has been theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed the possibility of flame sparaying of low heat conductivity materials by extended flame. There has been proved expediency of abrassion in preparation of surfaces for sparaying. There has been developed efficient composition and researched features of corrosion-resisting glass-enameled coatings with increased impact-resistance owing to additional adding Nichrome PX20H80 and ferrochromium to metal powders.
