Essay

The object of investigation - biochemical mechanisms of transduction and analysis of nociceptive stimulation. The aim - investigating the influence of experimental somatogenic post-operative pain for some neurospecific proteins level in the rat brain. Methods: brain tissues fractioning, ultracentrifugation, carbohydrat-ensime analysis and ELISA, electrophoresis, imunobloting. Results: showed proteins NCAM, S100?, GFAP level and changes of total heparansulfate- and hyaluronate-biding activate under experimental somatogenic postoperative pain and under agonist and antagonist NMDA receptors. Showed Ketanov using decreases postoperative hyperalgesia consequences. Field of application - medical-biological establishments.
