Golovey E. Analytical use of reactions of the nitrogen containing phospholipids and polymeric substances with 12-molibdophosphate

The complex investigation of reactions of the nitrogen containing phospholipids (lecithin and cefalin), N,N-dimetil-N,N-diallilammonium chloride and its polysulphone with 12-molibdophosphate-anion in order to elaborate the new procedures of them determination in the industrial products by electrochemical methods. Research methods: UV- and IR-spectroscopy, amperometry, direct potentiometry. Synthesis of an electrode-active substances in a plastered membrane and design of an ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) for determination lecithin, cefalin and N,N-dimetil-N,N-diallilammonium chloride by the method of direct potentiometry. Investigation of influence of pH to electroanalitical characteristics of ISEs. The possibility of determination of N,N-dimetil-N,N-diallilammonium chloride and its polysulphone in their composite has been exhibited. The new procedures for determination of lecithin and polysulphone of N,N-dimetil-N,N-diallilammonium chloride in the industrial products by amperometric titration method has been elaborated. Sensitive, express procedures for determination of the lecithin and N,N-dimetil-N,N-diallilammonium chloride has been elaborated, approve and integrated in practice of industrial laboratory.
