Object processes of organizational maintenance of management of re-structuring of a commercial production. The purpose development of the theoretical provisions and development of the methodical and practical recommendations on formation maintenance of managemen by processes in an industry. Novelty - conceptual provisions on formation of the mechanism of organizational maintenance of management of processes of re-structuring of a commercial production with allowance for influences of the factors of economic and structural - technological character on development of an industrial complex at conditions of transitory economy for the first time are offered. Result - the system of criteria in an estimation of state of the subjects of managing is offered which the re-structurings are subject.
