Essay

Complex research of phase composition, crystal structure and diffusion processes has shown, that changing a ratio of thickness of separate layers and selecting modes of heat treatment it is possible to generate the certain structural - phase condition of the samples. Comparison of values TRC with calculated according to theoretical models has shown, that there is a correlation of value ТRС and a structural - phase state of film systems. The result of investigations used in solid state physics and physics of metal.
