Object of research: processes of economic object management in a structure of institute of higher education. Purpose of research: design of processes of economic object management in a structure of institute of higher education for the increase of effi-ciency of the control system due to the decline of expenses, increase of operativeness and exactness of treatment of accounting information. Methods of research: systems analysis, economic and mathe-matical design, information technologies, methods of logical generalization, principles of systems ap-proach, theory of the multidimensional systems.
