Processes appearing during interaction of flexible gears with rigid gears and rotary motion generator. Upgrading wave gear (WG) with rotary motion generator using development of composite simultaneous action of two flexible gears and creating recommendations to improve WG attributes. Mathematical analysis and linear algebra, structural mechanics and theory of elasticity, finite-element method and theory of toothing. Effect of geometrical and structural parameters of flexible gears to their attributes was investigated, design procedure and technique for such gear was developed. Mathematical model and algorithm for its solving for WG with rotary motion generator and two flexible gears. Validity of created materials has experimental grounds. Recommendations are given to ASTC "Antonov" and KhDB. At industrial plants, in design institutes and during learning process.
