Dissertational work is devoted to a question increase of serviceability and durability of case details from aluminium alloys by management of internal pressure by the example of the case gear the hydropump. Result of theoretical researches is creations of mathematical model of managerial process by internal pressure in the case gear the pump. At modelling process of hardening it is used a method of final elements. During theoretical researches the model of the geometrical form of the case has been offered. Parameters of the received mathematical model are temperature of heating, cooling of the case, quantity of cycles and a degree of relative deformation in cycles. At the description it is intense - deformed conditions of the case model Bodner-Partom is used. Limiting and entry conditions include a hypothesis of uniformity and a material. Experimental researches included check of a hypothesis of an intense condition of the case, namely an opportunity of creation of compressing residual pressure on aninternal surface of the case. As a result of carrying out of experimental researches crushing a microstructure of a material of the case has been revealed. The offered way enables to raise hardness in 1,2...1,4 times, in 1,2...1,5 times to raise wear resistance and borders of durability and fluidity of a material of the case in 1,25...1,5 times in comparison with corresponding parameters of factory technology.
