Essay

Subject of research: patients with rheumatism without infectious endocarditis (IE), patients with primary infectious endocarditis (PIE) and secondary infectious endocarditis (SIE) with rheumatic valvular defects. Aim: To improve quality of diagnostic and treatment of IE with rheumatic valvular defects. Methods: clinical, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunological, USE, x-ray examination, statistical, instrumental. Novelty: at first we found differences of tendency of SIE with rheumatic valvular defects depending of sex, infringements rheological property of blood and changing of metabolism of oxide nitrogen of this kind of patients. Results: found criteria, which help to estimate tendency of SIE with rheumatic valvular defects and to make prognosis of results of treatment. Criteria were inculcated in practice of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, Poltava and Kharkov city and in pedagogical process of Donetsk and Lugansk Medical universities.
