Essay

Objects of investigations: the indicatory reactions of peroxidizing oxidations 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) and n-phenetidine (n-Ph). Aim of investigations: to expand opportunities of the enzyme method of the analysis organophosphorus toxic compounds (OTC) at the presence of impurity of acid and alkaline character. Methods: kinetics, spectrophotometrics, photocolorimetrics. For the first time to determination of the residual catalytic activity of enzyme after contact with OTC has been proposed by quantity unexpended substrate of acetylcholine, which contents supervise by two red-ox reactions: interaction substrate with a lot of hydrogen peroxide with formation of peracetic acid (auxiliary reaction) and actually indication reaction of oxidation TMB or n-Ph. Degree of application: the results received are introduced into educational process of the Kharkov institute of tank armies, what the act and 3 manuals testify.
