Sych V. Socio-psychological peculiarities of motivation for professional improvement of specialists of departments of education

The investigation includes both theoretical and methodological foundations and the practical results of the research of the problem of interest. It presents socio-psychological peculiarities and problems of professional activity of specialists of departments of education and reflects the essence and peculiarities of their professional improvement. It determines the content and structure of motivation for professional improvement of the specialists of departments of education. The experiment revealed the hierarchical side of the problem of interest and found the most impotent motives for professional improvement. It also investigated the specialists' attitude to different aspects of their professional activity as well as ways of its improvement. It identified socio-psychological factors of motivation and influence of socio-demographic and socio-psychological characteristics of the specialists of the departments of education on the formation of their motivation. The results of the experiment prove the expediency and effectiveness of the program of active education of specialists in development of their motivation for professional improvement.
