Essay

Object - electromagnetic sensors of diagnostic systems machines. Objective - perfecting electromagnetic sensors of diagnostic systems of machinery transmissions on the basis of developing methods of their calculation and optimization. Methods - mathematical modeling of magnetic fields in the piecewise nonhomogenous magnetic mediums on the basis of Fredholm's integral equation of the first and second row, method of planning of experiment, experimental researches on the base of modern magnetic instruments. Devices - equipment of industrial production, which are tested by metrologies. Novelty - there was developed method of calculation of the magnetic fields in magnetic systems of the primary measuring converters based on solution of Fredholm's integral equation of the 1-st row, suggested method of toothed wheel and availability of defects by means of the frequency analysis of the outputs signals of sensors, diagnostic systems of the toothed wheels and smooth rollers. Results - there was developed a modelof diagnostic system of transmissions of powerful transport machines. The basis of development were elaborated methods of calculation and optimization of electromagnetic sensors of the rotational frequency. Implementation - in study process of department "Instruments" and as a program complexes for a laboratory "Technical electrodynamics". Sphere of application - electrical engineering, mechanical engineering instrument engineering, systems of check and control.
