Object: 3. Object: the oxidativ stress due to chronic low-intensity ionizing radiation and corrective effects of vitamin E; methods - biochemics, statistics; results - due to chronic ionizing radiation increased level of products of peroxide lipid oxidation (10 - 30 sGy) and activity of catalase, glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase enzymes (10 and 30 sGy) in the enterocytes and bone marrow cells. Administration of tocopherol to decreasing level of products of peroxide lipid oxidation in the investigated cells after 20-30 days and normalization keys enzymes antioxidant defence system; new of our research - it was shown oscillating character of changes in the activity investigated enzymes due to chronic ionizing radiation and in postradiation period. It was shown correctives effects of vitamin E preparates on the prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis due to low-intensity ionizing radiation. Pharmacopoeic tocopherol is more effective adaptogen than its short-chain analogue with 6 carbonats atoms; introductin; in Lviv national university; branch; biology.Pharmacopoeic tocopherol is more effective adaptogen than its short-chain analogue with 6 carbonats atoms; introductin; in Lviv national university; branch; biology.
