Balakireva I. Intellectualization of decision-making under automatized control of magnetronic deposition

The conducted research has resulted in creation of the system of the intellectual support of decision-making under control of multinomenclature technological process of magnetronic deposition. Characteristics of intellectual multinomenclature production were examined and used for creation the base of theoretical evidence about the object and system of control and the base of empirical evidence based on statistical analysis of magnetronic deposition parameters. The choice of mathematical models for operation the adjustment centers of the technological process is discussed and explained using relevant arguments. The mathematical models have been elaborated and the tasks related to input volume minimization solved. To determine essential and adequate conditions for solving the set task, theorems which underlie the newly created algorithm base have been formulated and proved. The efficiency was analyzed and a series relevant proposed made. For choosing and sustaining stable technological regimes, the system of intellectual support of decision-making has been worked out. The system recognizes standard situations arising in technological process controlling and provides for the corresponding decisions formulated as an expert advice from the intellectual control system.
