. By using designed roentgen-biomechanical methodic investigations of the balance of spine, which included photographing with its simultaneous recording stabilographic parameters and orthospondylography 72 patients with scoliosis before operative treatment and 63 ones after its caring out. were divided into two groups: with compensated and decompensated scoliotic curves. With help statistic methods roentgenometric, spatial and stabilographic characteristics of patients with compensated and decompensated scoliotic curves of the spines before the operative treatment were studied and described conditions of maximal maintaining the operative correction scoliotic curves in the postoperative period in both groups of patients were revealed. The main mistakes in applying the metallic devices for the operative treatment of scoliotic curves of the spines, with a resultant in balance of the spines and a loss of the gained correction within a remote postoperative period were revealed. The schemes of optimal usingcorrecting forces of metallic device for operative treatment of scoliotic deformities of the spine is proposed, that make it possible to maximally preserve the correction in a remote postoperative period.
