The thesis is dedicated to the questions of study of distribution of substances influencing on haemostasis in pair organs of human beings and different animal species and their role determining in blood coagulation and fibrinolysis regulation in symmetrical circulation regions in cats under physiological conditions. The investigations performed demonstrate different activity of substances influencing on haemostasis in pair organs tissues on the right and on the left. The work showed that hemostasis asymmetry in symmetrical organs was the feature of human beings and different animal species thus it was the common – biological phenomenon. It was proved that being flowed from the pair organs blood on the right and on the left possessed different procoagulative and fibrinolytic features that depends on these substances activity level in the organs of proper side.
