Essay

The work is dedicated to study and use of dicipation of seismic energy, depending on its loss on the way of waves propagation. Methods of regulation and correction of results of estimation of minimal-phase characteristics according to Gilbert conversion have beed elaborated to solve these problems. Statistical method of determination nonminimal-phasal characteristics and corresponding signals has been elaborated on this base. Transmission and transitional characteristics of medium are considered as well as complex-ciphered phase and group velocities, logarythmic decrements of extinction.All elaborations have been tested on testing and real data. New possibilities to study the structure and conditions of the Earth intgerior have been revealed.
