Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the issues of diagnostics and treatment optimization in patient with cubital and median nerves tunnel neuropathies. The work is based on the study of clinical manifestation and clinical course, as well as on the results of surgical treatment in patients with cubital (84) and carpal (19) tunnel syndromes. We developed and implemented in clinical practice diagnostically and treatment algorithm. Effectiveness of surgery was assessed depending on the type of surgical intervention.
