Kovalskyy Y. Physiological-biochemical and productive indicators of the Carpathian bees under the influence of alimentary factors

Object - processes of mineral metabolism in larva bodies and tissues of mature bees, attractiveness of pollen substitutors, wintering of bees; methods - biochemical, physical and chemical, statistical; novelty - for the first time it was studied the chemical content of main pollen sorts (hinds), honey, secretion of forages gland under conditions of Western region. Dynamics of seasonal, age and sexual changes of some macro and trace elements was examined. Food supplement with some trace elements during early spring and winter periods of lives of bees was worked out. - Necessity of usage of temporary pollen substitutors along with some mineral substances was scientifically grounded. Along with activity of catalaze in the faeces of insects, exterior changes and quality of wintering. The way of correction of metabolic processes in bee organism while preparing for wintering was suggested; the higher establishments of biological profile were recommended to useit; field - biology and biochemistry.
