Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of ecology microbial cenosis of rhizosphere of winter wheat growing in chernozem with various kinds of anthropogenic load. The analysis of number main ecological-trophic groups of soil microorganisms with use of various kinds, forms and dozes of fertilizers has enabled to describe a structure of microbial community. Summarize parameter of biological activity and toxicity of soil have allowed to estimate result of anthropogenic influence. Non-routable growing of winter wheat considerably has decreased intensity of emission СО2 and cellulosolitycal activity, the level of soil toxicity, especially in entering N120P120K120 has increased. The cultivation of a winter wheat in crop rotation with use of organic manure, organic-mineral fertilizers promoted reduction of toxicity level and increase parameters of soil biological activity. The selection of dominating bacteries from rhizosphere of winter wheat, study they biocenotical activity has allowed to find activest stimulators of growth and development of winter wheat. It's isolates of bacteria relating to species Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas fluorescens.
