In dissertation to work the new decision of the important problem consisting in creation information and the software for construction of automated system of learning and training of steel founders and automated system of control by technological process of melt of steel in steel smelting furnaces is developed. The formalization of tasks of management of difficult periodic process of melt constant in steel smelting furnaces is executed on the basis of decomposition of process, with allocation of the basic stages of process for construction automated system of control by technological process of melt of steel , and also training programs for steel founders. Has received the further development of model-ing of processes of melt constant in steel smelting furnaces. For the first time offered basic circuit of management of iterative process of search the decision of system of the equations, which describe a condition of balance between slag and metal, with the help net-work of neurons. The efficiency ofapplication automated system of control by technological process of melt of steel for acceptance of the technological decisions on management of object is shown because in addition to used parameters the results of modeling are taken into account.
