The dissertation is devoted to the exposing of the additional pathomorphological, morpho-metrical and immune-morphometrical criteria of differential diagnostics of thyroid carcinoma in combination with autoimmune thyroiditis, carcinoma with the immune-cell infiltration and autoimmune thyroiditis with expressive atypia of follicle epithelium. There is conducted the informing estimation of different methods of morphological diagnostics according to 3-th stage inspection of patients.
