Essay

The dissertation is focused on to improvement of the results of the surgical treatment of patients diaphysis fracture tibias and their conseguences. The comparative evaluation of stability of intramedullare osteosynthesis by different types of metalopolymeris constructions is made on the basis of experimental biomechanical lnvestigations. In this paper work the variants of osteosynthesis of fragments occured after diaphysis fracture tibia with using hte metalopolymer nailings of different diameters are stated biomechanically. The set of instruments and interlocking metalopolymerie nails of new generation for minimal invasive blocking intramedullar metalopolymerie osteosynthesis are investigated and offered here. The way of closed blocking intramedular osteosynhtesis is investigated without drilling a bone-medullar channel by diaphysis fractures tibia. The scheme of regenerative treatment after using the minimal invasive methods BIMPO is offered which allows to combine the healing of fracture and the functional restoration of extremity at the same time. The analysis of regeneration bone tissues while using BIMPO without drilling a bone-medullar channel is made. In 60,27% the X-raying of fractions healing is showed by forming secondary normotrophic bone corn. The usage of BINPO in treatment the patients with fracture tibia and thus consequences permits to get 91,18% of good results and 7,82% satisfactory results by the absence of infectional complications.
