Essay

The solid-phase redox reagents on the base of copper and and iron chelates immobilized on silica were developed and their heterophase redox-reactions with organic reductants were investigated. The conditions of selected copper(I, II) and iron(III) complexes immobilization on silica were optimized. Solid-phase spectrophotometric and test methods of the determibation of ascorbic acid and analgin in pharmaceuticals and of phytoceuticals antioxidant activity are proposed.
