The process of an estimation and a choice of information-intellectual technologies in conditions of uncertainty. The development of methodical approaches to the multicriterial estimation of efficiency of information-intellectual technologies (IIТ) and their practical realization on the basis of methods of the economic-mathematical modelling and computer technologies. Methods: the system analysis; the economic theory; the theory of indistinct sets; the expert methods; the methods of the economic-mathematical modelling. The new methodical approach to the process of multicriterial estimations of efficiency is developed. The model of the multicriterial estimation of efficiency of information-intellectual technologies is developed on the basis of the theory of indistinct sets. The modification of an average estimation of the beta-distribution is offered. The conceptual approach to the creation of the system of the complex estimation of information-intellectual technologies is advanced on the basis of the storehouse of data and means of the operative multimeasuring analysis and data processing. The definition of information-intellectual technologies, the positions of their estimation and a complex of the criteria estimation are developed. It is introduced into Open Company " Oil building company ". The sphere of the application - is industrial enterprises, organizations, structures of IT-consulting.
