Essay

The object of research: class of subgaussian random processes, accuracy characteristics of information-measuring systems (IMS), in that estimates of accuracy measurements are subject to subgaussian law of distribution. The purpose of research: ground and elaboration of methods and corresponding algorithms of estimate of accuracy characteristics of IMS of diagnostic of electrotechnical equipment on the basis of models of subgaussian random values and processes. Methods of research: theory of probability, theory of random processes, theory of linear processes. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: first, basing oneself on of analisis construction of estimates of accuracy characteristics of work of IMS, it is proved the new application of mathematical model of estimate of subgaussian processes, that gives an possibility to profound take into account hidden reserve of estimate of their accuracy; created program security was in practice applied to laboratory model of the IMS of diagnostics ofwind-electic equipment.A subject and degree of the application: program security for definition of accuracy characteristics of the IMS of diagnostics of wind-electic equipment was applied to elaborations of Institute of renovatable energetis of NAS of Ukraine and to educational process of TSTU of I. Puluja. Effectiveness of implantation: accuracy estimate of IMS of diagnostics of wind-electric equipment decrease of methodical error. The sphere of application: high accurate IMS diagnostics.
