Nguyen L. Annual runoff of Crimean peninsula's rivers

The object is annual runoff; the aim is development of methodical base of water resources estimation; methods - multidimensional statistical analysis, water and heat balance, mathematical modelling (stochastic); theoretical and practical results are geographical generalization of annual runoff, the assesement of influence climatic and underlуing surface factors, including artificial reservoirs; the novelty is theoretical ground and new solution of the problem of assesement surface water resources of Crimean peninsula on the bases of models "climate-natural runoff - water management transformation -lifeconditioned runoff"; obtained results may be used for assesement of water resources of Crimean peninsula under natural conditions and water management transformation; promosed methodical approach may be applied in Vietnam's conditions; branches of using - State Hydrometeorological Service, State Committee on Water Resources.
