The thesis is devoted to determination of regularities of structural and concentration heterogeneity formation and diffusion components mass transfer in thin-film Cr/Cu/Ni system at a thermal treatment by pulse-periodic laser irradiation in a wide interval of energy and impulses, impulses amount and treatment durations.
