The existing methods of financial decisions prognosing, are researched in the thesis and the sphere of applying of these methods and their authenticity are also determined. The complex modeling of financial management optimization is done in the thesis, the forecast of the financial characteristic of business activity with the help of play modeling; chosing the optimal strategy of financial resources balancing; optimization of circulating assets using; optimization of the calendar plan of financial resources utilization and financial ensuring of project complex; forecast of successful project realization using theoretical base of fuzzy logic.
