The thesis is devoted to the new approach to a problem of reliability control of digital devices and systems of management operation, which lies in the joint use of the redundant coding of information and the hardware redundancy of circuit realization. It investigates the synthesis of specialized digital devices by the reliability on basis of scale of notation with the permanent bit count; development of the synthetic procedure of redundant code and their analysis with regard to error detection and correction; evolution of the applied theory of self-checking digital devices.
