Krachek A. The efficiency of enterosgel and cycloferon in complex treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with affection of the heart

Subject of research: patients with rheumatoid arthritis with the affection of the heart. Aim: to improve of the efficiency therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with the affection of the heart by means of including in to complex treatment of cycloferon and enterosgel. Methods: clinical, immunological,instrumental, statistical. Novelty: at first we was proved the efficiency of complex therapy with the simultinuous application of cycloferon and enterosgel on the voulegraund of traditional therapy. This allowed to durease the activity of the inflammatory process, to restor the functional possibilities of the left ventricule, to improve the indexes of T-cellular link with the liquidation of the disbalance of subpopulations, to descrease the activity of lypoperoxidation and endogenic intoxication. Results: there was proved the efficiency of complex therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with the affection of the heart, including into complex treatment of cycloferon and enterosgel. Complex therapy were inculcated in practice of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of Kiev, Vinnitsa, Chernigov, Poltava and in pedagogical process of Ukrainian medical stomatological academy. Field of use: treatment and prophylactic process rheumatologycal and cardiologycal departments, pedagogical process of medical universities.
