Object of research - process of transformation of electrical energy in mechanical for want to vibrational processing of metal details. The purpose of a research - increase efficiency, productivity and level of automation of vibrational processing of metal details at the expense of perfecting an electromechanical system for its realization. The theoretical researches base on fundamental positions of the theory of automatic control, theory of analogies between electrical and mechanical magnitudes, theory of strength of materials, methods of a calculus. Energetically rational structure of a signal of vibrational processing for a complicated details for the first time is obtained and the equation of an energetically rational control law by an electrotechnical complex for vibrational processing of metal details is obtained. Because of theories of electromechanical analogies the new technique of determination of analytical associations between variable electrical and mechanical parameters of an electromechanical system for vibrational processing of metal details is developed. The known structure of an automated уlectrotechnical system is advanced by introduction of a new control subsystem by the actuator, which allows to realize vibrational processing of metal details simultaneously on all resonance frequencies with periodic monitoring of their displacement for a correction of a polyharmonic signal of processing. The results of dissertation are accepted to use at the machine-building plant "Energomashspecstal" for organization of finishing processing of large-sized metal details. Branch-machine-building.
