This thesis is devoted to the researching of economical, ecological and social problems of modern municipal solid waste disposing system functioning and forming the model of the integrated risk parameter of municipal solid waste dump functioning rating. The disadvantages of the existing approaches to definition of possible consequences as a result of emergency events development on municipal economy objects are investigated and revealed and the fuzzy-logic and fuzzy-multitude approach to the specified objects risk rating are offered in this work.
