Kotsar O. The perfection of methods and means of information maintenance of tasks of management by a power consumption modes at the industrial enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the questions of increasing the efficiency of the energy using due to the perfection of methods and means of information maintenance of tasks of management of a power consumption modes at the industrial enterprises on the basis of the operative and authentic information about the current parameters of a power consumption modes in conditions of the monitoring systems application. The specification and the worked up algorithms of definition of qualitative parameters of power consumption are accomplished with the purpose of main-tenance of complex accounts for the electrical energy. The of-fered approach allows to define the valid cost of the consumed electrical energy taking into consideration its quality. The block diagrams and algorithms of functioning the base hardware of monitoring system and complex algorithm of definition of the characteristics of a power consumption are developed on the basis of instant meanings of a voltage and current in which the worked out method of definition of a symmetrical components of voltage is used. The methods of increasing an accuracy and reli-ability of the account of the electrical energy and monitoring the current parameters of a power consumption modes are developed. The main results of work used by development of devices СИНЭТ-1 (registration number У752-97 in State regis-ter of Ukraine), devices СИНЭТ-1К, imitator of signals ИСП-1 and also during development and introduction of many auto-mated monitoring systems of energy using at many industrial enterprises of Ukraine and abroad.
