Klochko Y. Modellig of synergetic effect in the marketing strategy development for production and economic systems

Object of research: processes of origin and use of positive synergetycal effect in marketing activity of enterprise. Purpose of research: de-velopment of complex of models of production and marketing activity of enterprise of coal in-dustry, strategy of development of which is di-rected on the receipt of synergetycal effect. Methods of research: principles of system-synergetycal approach, methods of economic analysis, methods of economics-mathematical design. Results: methodological bases of form-ing of synergetycal effect from the process con-trol of development of enterprises of coal indus-try are certain; conception of design of syner-getycal effect from functioning of coal enter-prise is developed; the model of portfolio con-struction is built order in the case when each of projects is unconnected with other; the model of the operative planning of load of making of coal of mine with the purpose of execution of con-tractual terms on deliveries and quality of prod-ucts is developed; a model and procedure of forming of the optimum sale structure PES is offered; the complex of mechanisms of strategic management of coal enterprise is synthesized. Novelty: conception of design of synergetycal effect is first offered; the model of the operative planning of load of making of coal with the pur-pose of execution of contractual terms on deliv-eries and quality of products is first offered; pro-cedure of forming of the optimum sale structure PES is improved; the economics-mathematical models of development of the marketing strate-gies PES got further development: model of op-timization of structure of sale of coal enterprise; model of the operative planning of load of mak-ing of coal with the purpose of execution of con-tractual terms on deliveries and observances of requirements of quality.
