The object is process of providing of effective corporate management on the enterprises of milk industry. Development of теоретико-methodological bases and ground of the organizational-economic measures directed on forming of the effective system of management by the enterprises of corporate type in the conditions of deepening of market relations is the purpose of dissertation work.Methods used are analysis and synthesis, comparison, sizes middle and relative, graphic, rows of dynamics, groupment, questionnaire, correlation-regressive, normative, economico-matematichne design. The novelty of work consists in establishment of conformities to the law of providing of efficiency of corporate management on the enterprises of milk industry, exposure, systematization, design of existent communications in the object of research, and also dominant factors of influence on efficiency of the given processes. Results theoretical and practical are improvement of aparata notion and category in industry of corporate management, development and approbation of method of evaluation of socio-economic efficiency of corporate management on the enterprises of milk industry, improvement of mechanism of organization of corporate relations and achievement of balance of interests of their participants. Scientific positions and practical recommendations are basis for the decision of problems of corporate management theoretical and practical on the domestic enterprises of milk industry in the process of deepening of market relations, that is confirmed by the acts of introduction.
