Essay

Influence of chemical compound of steel, rate of hot deformation of rolling and speed of its cooling on position of phase areas is investigated at continuous cooling. Researches for influence of temperature and rate of deformation of thin sheet low-carbon hot-rolled stock, and also researches of conditions of the subsequent cooling on processes of recrystallization and texture-formation are carried out. It is established, that the formation of different grains is a consequence of the difference in structure and elastic-intense condition of surface and center of the sheet. The offered recommendations will be used for the technology of production of hot-rolled sheets after reconstruction mill 1680 at MC "Zaporozhstal".
