Essay

Mechanism of the stabilizing effect of doping consists in forming at the interface of the layer enriched with dopant, which impedes feeding of atoms of the main metal to a crystal, being the stronger expressed, the less is partition coefficient of a dopant in iron. Principle of crystal chemistry conformity is realized not only in melts but also in amorphous phases. New compositions of high-strength corrosion resistant construction amorphous alloys developed.
