Dissertation is devoted to the problem of combined basis therapy for RA. using methotrexate, prednisolone and hydroxychloroquinea for RA with unfavorable course, a suboptimal dose. It was proved, that these allow making the treatment more effective cand safe and speed up the improvement apropos monotheraрy using methotrexate in a standard dose. Component dosage regime of the combined basis therapy was validated. The regime is followinginstitutions.
