Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to development of methods for increasing the accuracy of flux-gate sensors for automated control systems of objects orientation on the basis of preliminary experimental definition the tool errors volumes of sensors and the subsequent account of the received values at processing data of the gauge. Mathematical expressions for definition of an azimuth, zenith and vizir angles, including the tool errors volumes of flux-gate sensors are submitted. The algorithm of definition of the sensitivity axes skews and the electric parameters of the gauge of orientation by its consecutive orientation on the basic directions is offered. For the first time the new automated control systems for checking the magnetometric sensors is offered. It uses the turning electromagnetic field, which is created by electrical rings Helmgolts for the imitation of spatial rotation of the sensor. It is offered to use the flux-gate sensors for the control of the large-sized details joining, the exhibition of the prefabricated elements in set position, the control of a status of a construction and building while using of them.
