The object is the economic relation arising in the process of management of competitability of the enterprise, branch and the country as a whole;The objective of the research is the elaboration of theoretical positions, conceptual approaches, scientifically-practical methods and recommendations concerning activization of the process of management of competitability of the Ukrainian electrotechnical industry enterprises;Methods used are monographic, statistic-economical, system, settlement-constructive and comparative analysis;The outcomes are the complex method of an estimation of competitability of the enterprise was developed and proved on the basis of econometric models in view of conditions and features of functioning of electrotechnical branch of Ukraine at the present stage transformations of market economy, the optimum structure and tendencies of development of the domestic market of electrotechnical production were determined by means of use of matrix methods and a method of competitive advantages;The novelty is a substantiation of theoretical model of the mechanism of management of competitability of the Ukrainian electrotechnical industry enterprises, which considers major factors of formation of competitiveness on micro-and meso- standard;The sector of application is electrotechnical industry enterprises.
